We ship worldwide and aim to deliver your order as smoothly and promptly as possible.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended.Once shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email.

• Domestic (within Saudi Arabia): Standard shipping fees apply and are calculated at checkout. Express shipping options may be available depending on your location.

• International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon delivery.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs or events outside our control.

Returns
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To be accepted, returns must meet the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact
• Items marked as final sale or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange 

To request a return, please email us at Hello@hadeelalhussain.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. 

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.

 At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
