SHIPPING POLICY
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through the Hadeel Alhussain online store. The store is operated by Hadeel Alhussain Design Co., Commercial Registration No. 7010194707 and VAT Registration No. 310095871200003.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We ship to all regions within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We also offer international shipping to the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Türkiye.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders received and accepted before 12:00 PM Saudi Arabia time are generally prepared and handed to the delivery partner on the same operating day, subject to payment confirmation, stock availability, and operational capacity.
Orders received after 12:00 PM may be handed to the delivery partner on the following operating day.
Orders are normally handed to delivery partners every day except Friday and official public holidays. Processing and handover times may be longer during sales, launches, public holidays, high-demand periods, or events outside our reasonable control.
SHIPPING FEES
Local delivery within Saudi Arabia costs SAR 21 per order.
International delivery to the countries listed above costs SAR 70 per order.
The final amount payable, including any applicable VAT and other mandatory charges, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
FREE DELIVERY
We offer free standard delivery on eligible orders with a product subtotal of SAR 2,000 or more, after discounts and before applicable taxes or other charges.
Free delivery is applied automatically to eligible orders at checkout. If an order does not qualify for free delivery, the applicable delivery fee stated above will apply.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery within Saudi Arabia is estimated to take 2 to 7 business days after dispatch.
International delivery timeframes are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, and delivery-partner operations.
All delivery dates are estimates only. Delays may occur because of shipping-carrier operations, customs procedures, adverse weather, public holidays, remote-area delivery requirements, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a dispatch confirmation to the email address or telephone number provided at checkout. Where tracking is available, the confirmation will include a tracking number or tracking link.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including your city, district, building or unit number, and an active contact telephone number.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or dispatched.
FAILED DELIVERY AND RETURNED PARCELS
If a delivery cannot be completed because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, the delivery is refused without a valid reason, or the delivery partner cannot contact you, the order may be returned to the warehouse.
If a recipient refuses delivery or does not respond after three delivery attempts, the order may be returned to the warehouse. Any applicable return or re-delivery charges may apply.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR LOST ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, incorrect, or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@hadeelalhussain.com.
To help us submit a carrier claim where applicable, please notify us of delivery damage within 24 hours of receipt and provide your order number, clear photographs of the affected product, the outer packaging, and the delivery label. This notification period does not limit any rights available to you under applicable law.
